International Chocolate Awards

The International Chocolate Awards (ICA), founded in 2012 and run by the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT), is the world's largest competition for chocolate products. ICA seeks the best chocolate from the best cacao, promoting chocolate makers and cacao farmers around the world. Entries are evaluated by a panel of international sensory experts and IICCT alumni who blindly assess complexity, balance, and distinctiveness for thousands of chocolate bar entries.
