origins story

Denise grew up in New England and in the fall, she could not eat enough Macintosh apples, especially the tart and crisp ones right from the farm. She remembers baking them into apple crisp. With this bark, she recreates the flavors of New England by layering dried cranberries, dried cinnamon apples, and roasted pumpkin seeds with maple and pumpkin spice on our Awajún, Peru 70% dark chocolate.
