This cacao for these 72% dark chocolate (semisweet) baking chips currently comes from the Junin region of Peru. The chocolate is molded into small oval shaped chips about 1/2 inch long. They are perfectly sized for adding to chocolate chip cookie recipes. The chocolate has flavor notes of rich chocolate and vanilla.
