origins story

For Christmas, we mold our bean-to-bar fine flavor chocolate into Santa figurines. Each Santa is 5 inches tall and made out of solid milk or dark chocolate, weighing 4.5 oz. We use either our Tumaco Colombia 60% dark milk chocolate, Awajún Women Peru 70% dark chocolate or Sierra Nevada Colombia 72% dark chocolate. You will need to choose dark of milk chocolate.
