The first time I tasted Piura chocolate, I was flying through Colombia with Estelle Tracy, a Chocolate Sommelier from 37 Chocolates. I had never tried this origin before, and we were stunned by its vibrant citrus notes, subtle nuttiness, and delicate chocolate richness. The brightness was so striking; we immediately began imagining the perfect pairing. That unforgettable moment inspired this bar - a celebration of Peru’s lively character, infused with real tangerine to recreate the joy of that pairing. Bright, balanced, and beautifully nuanced, it’s a taste journey I am thrilled to share with you.
