Flavor Profile: A seasonal favorite…We handcraft our peppermint bark by starting with a layer of our bean-to-bar dark chocolate on the bottom. Next, we layer peppermint-flavored white chocolate on top. Then, we sprinkle it with organic crushed candy cane that is naturally colored with beet juice rather than dye. We decorate the peppermint bark with a beautiful dark chocolate swirl design, making each piece a little work of art with magnificent taste.

origins story

This year’s peppermint bark is made with our Zorzal, Dominican Republic 72% dark chocolate for the bottom layer. We use our homemade white chocolate for the top layer. Our bean-to-bar workshop is in Stuart, Florida, known as the “Sailfish Capital of the World” so our peppermint bark box honors this tradition with a playful Christmas sailfish, a design made by Denise’s young daughter.
