Castronovo Valentine Bonbon Collection
For Valentine's Day we paired the fine flavor in our bean-to-bar chocolates with flavor infusions to make 8 decadent cream-based ganache bonbons to give to your sweetheart on Valentine's Day. We spent 8 days creating flavor infusions and decorating each one with care using natural colorants from vegetables and spices. The beautiful red box opens up to two-tiers showing a collection of four bonbons on each tier with a description of each bonbon based upon its quadrant locale.
This year's collection includes:
- Lemon Elderflower
- Champagne
- Dulce de Leche
- Grand Marnier & Tangerine
- Honey Lavender
- Chili Cinnamon
- Triple Mocha
- Limoncello
Each bonbon is flavored with either a liqueur, coffee, or spices. Each bonbon is colored with natural dyes from turmeric, spirulina, beet, radish, or paprika.

Allergen Info: Contains dairy, alcohol
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature up to 70 degrees or refrigerated. A wine refrigerator at 55 degrees is perfect. Shelf life is 1 month.
