Special! - Macambo & Cherry Bark
As a special for the holidays, we combined our Chuao, Venezuela 72% dark chocolate or our Sierra Nevada, Colombia 63% dark milk chocolate with a chocolate made from Macambo (Theobroma bicolor) to create a delicious and delicately flavored chocolate reminiscent of gianduja. Next, I blended the chocolate & macambo blend with with roasted nibs of macambo and Montmorency cherries to create a bark with a "nut-free-like" soft crunch and chewy sweet-tartness.

Dark Chocolate Macambo bark:
