Our gourmet version of a seed butter cup, since we are nut-free...We directly imported sacha inchi seeds from Peru. Sacha Inchi seeds are a superfood high in omega fatty acids. The seed is roasted, ground and combined with white chocolate to form a smooth creamy, melt-away center that tastes similar to peanut but more delicate and earthy. It is paired with our Zorzal, Dominican Republic 72% dark chocolate as the outer shell in this batch.
