Flavor Profile: As a special gift for your loved ones this Valentine's Day... Our Valentine Bonbon collection box is a once-a-year tradition where we hand-decorate heart bonbons and pair our single-origin, fine chocolate with flavor infusions to make 8 decadent ganache bonbons. Our 2025 flavors are: Cuvée Brut, Copoazú, Arhuacos, Tangerine & Honeybell, Philippines, Chili Cinnamon, Mocha, and Caramelized White. Each heart bonbon is a work of art in both flavor and decoration. Our beautiful red box opens into two tiers showing a collection of four bonbons on each tier with a description of each bonbon based upon its quadrant locale.

Meet Mamo Hernán

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, or the "Heart of the World," is sacred to the Arhuaco people. Mamo Hernán stewards the community's cacao with reverence, adhering to principles that honor its spiritual significance. By preserving native varieties and avoiding monoculture, Arhuacos maintain a harmonious relationship with the Earth. For the Arhuacos, cacao is more than a crop – it's a connection to their ancestral territory, which they heal and protect through devoted care.
